Online Sales
- All online orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout.

- Online orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- We offer free shipping on orders over \$75.
- We offer a 30-day return policy on all online orders. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a full refund.
In-Store Sales
- All in-store sales must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
- We offer a 30-day return policy on all in-store purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please bring it back to the store for a full refund.
General Terms and Conditions
- All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- All juice products are made fresh to order and are not subject to discounts.
- We offer a 10% discount for military members.
- We offer a 5% discount for first-time customers.
- We offer a loyalty program for customers who purchase 10 or more juices per month. Loyalty members receive a free juice on their 11th purchase.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all online and in-store sales of products and services by UNectar, LLC. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Services
UNectar, LLC offers a variety of juice and smoothie products, as well as other food and beverage items. UNectar, LLC also offers delivery and catering services.
3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order online, you must create an account and provide a valid payment method. You may also place an order in person at one of Nectar, LLC’s stores.
UNectar, LLC accepts all major credit cards, cash, and gift cards.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include taxes. Taxes will be applied at checkout based on your shipping or billing address.
5. Shipping and Delivery
UNectar, LLC offers delivery to most US addresses. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance and weight of the order.
Orders placed by 10 a.m. EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. EST will typically ship the next business day.
UNectar, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
UNectar, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product or service sold.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and UNectar, LLC with respect to your purchase.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

All notices and other communications under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
